Multihead Weigher
Automatic Weighing and Dosing of Peppers
A Multihead Weigher is an efficient and precise machine for automatically dosing exact quantities of delicate products such as peppers.
The Multihead Weigher automates and speeds up the pepper dosing process, guaranteeing high precision and efficiency in production
Using a conveyor belt or product elevator, the peppers are lifted to the top of the multihead weigher.
Once on the upper level of the multihead weigher, the peppers are distributed via vibrating channels into the multiple weighing hoppers.
After the weight of the peppers in each hopper is recorded, the multihead weigher automatically combines the measurements to achieve the desired target weight in each bag or tray. This is accomplished through the controlled opening and closing of the weighing hoppers.
Once the correct weight is reached, the peppers are discharged into containers, bags, or other packaging for further processing.
Throughout the entire process, a control system monitors the operation of the multihead weigher.
Real-time adjustments can be made to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the dosing process.

Horizontal Associative Weighing Machines
Semi-automatic Weighing and Dosing
Linear associative weigher (KOMBINE) for elongated and fragile products.
The horizontal associative weigher combines the advantages of a multihead weigher with the gentle handling of fragile and elongated products.
The linear associative weigher consists of two parallel lines of weighing cups and a collection conveyor in between. The weighing cups are filled manually.
Once the optimal weight combination has been calculated, the selected cups tilt and deposit the product onto the central conveyor.
The product can then be discharged into a tray or directly onto the conveyor for transport to the packaging machine.
