A packaging line is an integrated system that combines various equipment to automate the entire process of dosing, packaging, and quality control, guaranteeing maximum efficiency, precision, and food safety.

Our lines consist of the following components, depending on the product type:

Packaging Lines - Vertical Configuration

Exaktapack’s vertical packaging line is designed to optimize space and ensure efficient product flow using gravity. In this configuration, the multihead weigher is installed on an elevated platform, positioned directly above the vertical or Doypack packaging machine, allowing the product to fall in a controlled and precise manner into the pouch.

This compact design maximizes the available height in the room, reducing the footprint and simplifying the product flow. It is the ideal option when sufficient ceiling height is available and an efficient, precise, and low-maintenance solution is required.

The vertical lines can be complemented with dynamic weight controls, metal detectors, and adapted conveyor systems, guaranteeing maximum quality, safety, and productivity in the packaging process.

Cannabis Packaging Line - Vertical Configuration

Cannabis packaging line equipped with a 14-hopper multihead weigher and a dispensing system with a precision scale. It is designed to optimize the packaging process, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.

The multihead weigher, with its 14 hoppers, allows for precise and rapid product dosing, adapting to different package sizes and capacities.
The dispensing system with a precision scale ensures rigorous weight control of each packaged unit, minimizing the margin of error and meeting quality standards.

Packaging Lines - Horizontal Configuration

This horizontal packaging line, due to its low profile (all machines are practically at floor level), is ideal for locations with low ceilings. In this case, a multihead weigher discharges onto a product conveyor elevator, which then discharges directly into the doypack bag being processed by the packaging machine.

This solution is ideal for line maintenance, monitoring, and cleaning. This packaging machine uses flexible, stable-bottom doypack bags.

Line for packaging Cereal Mix - Horizontal Configuration

Horizontal packaging line for cereal mixes. This packaging line, designed for low-ceilinged areas, consists of a platform with two multihead weighers and a powder or granule dispenser.

Below the platform is a bucket conveyor, which collects the product dispensed by the multihead weighers and the powder dispenser, creating product mixtures in buckets. The mixture from each bucket is then discharged into the vertical packaging machine. The vertical packaging machine forms a bag from a roll of film, the product falls into the bag, and finally seals it.

This process ensures accurate weight and product preservation within the bag. This dispensing and packaging system guarantees the exact weight of each packaged unit, minimizing the margin of error and meeting quality standards.
