THS21 Metal Detectors

Its main function is to identify small metal pieces that may be present in products, primarily in the food industry—including meat, fish, and prepared meals—and to remove metal-contaminated products from the production line.

Liquid and Viscous Product Metal Detectors

Our integrated systems are specially designed for the detection of metallic contaminants in products transported through pipelines, particularly meat, soups, sauces, canned foods, etc.

The carefully selected materials used in their construction do not interact with food products and therefore do not alter or affect their composition. The design of these systems includes a fast valve actuation response time to detect and eject contaminants without slowing down the product flow.
