Vertical Packaging Lines
Exaktapack's vertical packaging line is designed to optimize space and ensure efficient product flow using gravity. In this configuration, the multihead weigher is installed on an elevated platform, located directly above the vertical or Doypack packaging machine, allowing the product to fall in a controlled and precise manner into the pouch.
This compact design makes the most of the available room height, reducing the footprint and simplifying the product flow. It is the ideal option when sufficient ceiling height is available and an efficient, precise, and low-maintenance solution is required.
Vertical lines can be complemented with dynamic weight controls, metal detectors, and adapted conveyor systems, guaranteeing maximum quality, safety, and productivity in the packaging process.
