Frozen Nuggets and Buns Packaging Lines

These products are durable in their shape, but they can stick together due to their surface texture.
Therefore, the coating of the hoppers on multihead weighers is important. Hoppers with non-stick coatings or tear-resistant stainless steel hoppers can be used.
A good solution for this type of product is often a combination of a multihead weigher and a linear packaging machine or a Doypack packaging machine.

Mixed Ingredients Packaging Lines

Here, different products are combined in the packaging.
This can involve a base with various products placed on top, as is the case with pizzas. The pizza base, on a conveyor belt, passes under several multihead weighers, through which the correct quantity and mixture of ingredients are added.

Another type involves combining several products directly in the packaging, as with soups.
For pastes and liquids, the ingredients are added one after another to the packaging (usually a Doypack), and then the liquid base is added. The packaging line is equipped with a special pump for adding liquid or paste ingredients.
